Terms of service
Who we are. www.loudxnature.ca is operated by Sixhats Apparel Limited ("we", "us"), 143 - 1951 Glen Drive, Vancouver BC V6A 4K4, Canada. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any discounts applied. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you'll get a full refund.
Product details. We work hard to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and each printed garment may differ slightly. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page.
Giving back. Each month we partner with a Canadian charity, and 5% of every sale on this website that month goes to that month's partner. The partner and the amount donated are shown on our Impact page. Donations are made by Sixhats Apparel Limited; they aren't tax-deductible for customers. Any extra amount you choose to give at checkout goes in full to that month's partner.
Returns. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, photos, logos and text on this site belong to Sixhats Apparel Limited. The Loud x Nature name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Your account and use of the site. Keep your login details private. Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Privacy. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed while it's posted.
