Shipping policy
Processing time. Every order is printed and packed here in Vancouver. Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Canada
- Standard shipping: $10 flat
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Faster Canada Post services are shown at checkout, priced by destination.
- Typical delivery after shipping: 2–7 business days, depending on where you are.
International
- United States: $5, free on orders over $100 USD
- United Kingdom: $6
- Australia: $11 (untracked) or $13 (tracked)
- New Zealand: $6 (untracked) or $8 (tracked)
- Rest of the world: $7
- Typical delivery after shipping: 7–21 business days. Untracked services can't be traced once they leave Canada.
Duties & taxes. Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless they're collected at checkout.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you; re-shipping is charged at the standard rate.
Lost or delayed parcels. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the time above, email sales@loudxnature.ca and we'll chase it with the carrier.
